HERNDON, Va.- September 14 , 2006 - GeoLogic Solutions, the transportation industry’s

it has completed the purchase of the iMotient Solutions platform from Motient
Communications. Effective with the purchase, the name of the service has been changed
to CrossBridge Solutions. CrossBridge is a Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO)
that provides third-party wireless data services. The CrossBridge service provides cellular
data communications on the Cingular and Sprint networks and satellite communication
services from Orbcomm to a variety of companies that utilize wireless data
communications as part of their mobile or field service applications.
